Augean outgrows their existing finance platform
The company’s continued strong performance and growing sales pipeline meant the business was outgrowing its financial systems platform. Augean had selected a supplier and a system and needed additional expertise in IT project management to deliver it within the six-month timeframe.

Fluid provided ‘client side’ advice and project management of the new Enterprise Resource Planning implementation. We managed the third party ERP systems implementer / integrator, outsourced IT service provider, and internal client resources to deliver the project on budget and on time.
